Welcome to Cred ID (the “App”). This App is provided by Cred Identity Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our” or “the Company”). Please read the following carefully as they govern your access or use of our products.
The Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") contained herein apply to your use of our website, the App and all products, services, content, tools, features, functionalities and technologies offered on or through them (collectively the "Site"). By accessing, using or browsing the Site you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to be bound by these T&Cs, please do not access, browse or use the Site.
We reserve the right to, at any time, modify these T&Cs. We will update these terms on the Site and indicate the date of last revision. While we may use reasonable means to notify you of any material changes, your continued use of the Site after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the new T&Cs.
2. Access and Use of Site
Subject to your compliance with these T&Cs, the Company grants you a personal, limited, non‑sublicensable, non‑transferable, and non‑exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Site. This license has the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Site as provided by us, in the manner permitted by these T&Cs and subject to the use restrictions described below. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.
Your access and use of the Site may be interrupted from time to time for several reasons, including, without limitation, the malfunction of equipment, periodic updating, maintenance or repair of the Site or other actions that we may elect to take.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may access or use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these T&Cs. You agree not to use the Site:
- In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, provincial, local or international law or regulation.
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re‑use any material that does not comply with these T&Cs.
- To transmit any advertising or promotional material including junk mail, chain letters, or spam.
- To impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which may harm users.
Additionally, you agree not to:
- Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site.
- Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Site without prior written consent.
- Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site.
- Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site or related infrastructure.
- Attack the Site via denial‑of‑service or distributed denial‑of‑service.
- Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.
By submitting any content to the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Site.
5. Account Creation and Termination
You may be required to register with us to access certain features on the Site. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account. You agree to provide basic personal data for this purpose and to maintain its accuracy and the security of your credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, inform us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these T&Cs. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us as provided in Section 14.

For your convenience, this Site may provide links or pointers to third‑party websites or services. We enable these merely as a convenience and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. We make no representations about any websites or third‑party services that may be accessed from this Site.
If you choose to access such websites, you do so at your own cost and risk and are subject to their terms and policies. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

The Company takes the privacy of our users seriously. By accessing, browsing or using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. CRED IDENTITY LTD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (A) THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE; (C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (D) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
9. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these T&Cs or your use of the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT CRED IDENTITY LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE; OR (B) ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES IN EXCESS OF THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID CRED IDENTITY LTD IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS AND (II) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR WITH THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
ANY DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE GHANA ARBITRATION CENTRE. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCRA, IN ENGLISH, BEFORE A SOLE ARBITRATOR. EACH PARTY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS OWN COSTS INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. ANY CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER IT AROSE.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company governing your access and use of the Site.
13.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
